Schedule: Full time
Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm
Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
Potential annual earnings: $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually

What you’ll do:
- Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
- Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions.
- Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
- No hard selling, your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.
What you bring:
- Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
- Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
